Reciprocity Application - This section explains the processes for becoming licensed in West Virginia by those currently licensed in another State as a Psychologist or School Psychologist.

Doctoral Level Licensure With Supervision - Unlicensed - The link contains information for becoming licensed at the doctoral level and entering into supervision for those who have never been licensed before.

Doctoral Level licensure Without Supervision - Unlicensed - This link contains information for becoming licensed at the doctoral level without supervision, for those who have never been licensed before.  An 1,800 hour post doctoral internship of at least 1,800 hours is required for this option. 

Master's Level Licensure - This explains what is needed to become licensed and the process for becoming licensed at the Master's level. 

School Psychologist Level 1 - This link explains the requirements for becoming licensed as a school psychologist, who can provided services to more than one county school board. 

School Psychologist Level 2 - This explains the requirements for becoming licensed to provide school psychology services as an independent practitioner.
